Kava Straining Instructions
Prepare the Strainer Bag:
Squish the spring and insert it through the zipper while keeping it compressed. Then, twist and open the spring, allowing it to expand into a pill shape inside the strainer bag. Make sure the spring fills the entire bag completely.
Push the ball into the center of the spring. To make this easier, gently squeeze the coils of the spring to widen the opening.
Prepare Kava:
Using a spoon, measure your desired amount of kava.
Carefully insert the spoon with kava through the spring coils. Then flip the spoon to empty kava into pounder.
Once the kava is inside, fully close the zipper to prevent any kava from escaping.
If unstrained Kava escapes from the strainer bag, do not drink. Strain Kava again.
Mix Kava:
Place the ball, spring, and kava strainer into your mixing bottle.
Add desired amount of water.
Securely close the bottle and shake the bottle vigorously for at least 30 seconds. For a stronger brew, shake longer.
